- Matured the design and functionality of the Calendar app from its initial release by adding features such as Scheduling Assistant, Companion View and windowing-modes, and Quick Event Creation to improve the app's utility and to make a showcase example of the ever-growing Windows OS features
- Designed an entirely new, modern Windows.com to complement the launch of Windows 8 by drastically simplifying the information architecture, rethinking our Web-marketing user experience, and being the first to interpret Microsoft's new design language as it applies to the Web
- Inspired a Microsoft Web-design revolution—the influence most visible on the Microsoft, Surface and Windows Phone sites—with the design of Windows.com and coordinated, internal collaboration
- Simplified the Windows 8 upgrade and setup utility by reducing a seventy-five step process that spanned four separate products into a single, linear experience with less than twenty-steps
- Mentored college interns for two consecutive summers by assigning and managing their projects, providing ongoing design critiques, and giving feedback on their performance

- Lead Interactive Designer and Front-end Developer for clients including TomTom, VBrick Systems, Don Connelly, Camp Connelly, and WS Development
- Worked closely with Creative Director to develop and enhance creative process in order to improve communication, efficiency, and success of design projects and their technical implementations
- Designed and developed the front-end of VBrick TV, a YouTube-like video portal, coordinated client reviews, and collaborated with back-end developers in India, all on a tight budget and deadline
Weymouth Design, Interactive Designer

- Lead Web-standards (X)HTML/CSS Front-end Developer on projects for large-scale, interactive clients including Merck Pharmaceuticals, The Stanley Works, Titleist, Cobra Golf, and Vokey Design
- Lead Information Architect, Designer, and Front-end Developer for the new Weymouth Design Content Management System to be deployed as the back-end of all current and future client sites
- Responsible for major office advancements: initiated the creation of a central-server for interoffice asset sharing and back-ups, a color-management protocol, and an internal education program
Marlborough Country Bakery, Web Designer
Marlborough, Connecticut; August 2006 – October 2006
- Created an elegant and sophisticated Web-site to elevate the perception of the bakery, and to attract new business to the restaurant and catering service
- Meticulously hand-coded the site using Web- standard technology to ensure compatibility and easy future maintenance for the site-owner

- Assisted in the development of client proposals by creating image themes, writing team member bios, and performing industry research and write-ups
